What qualifies for a credit

• Invalid contact info.
• Wrong location: the lead is outside your ZIP codes.
• Service mismatch.
• Duplicate lead: charged twice for the same homeowner within 45 days.
• Charged while your leads were paused.
• Credits are granted only after Angi investigates.
